    Description

    A nice money clip, hinting at some frustration with the top marginal rate of 92.5% (!) we enjoyed during the Eisenhower years.  Obviously predating those seminal Kennedy Tax Cuts, which have been invoked to justify all voodoo economics since.  Please see the images and make your own judgment.
