    PetSafeDrinkwell Fountain.  Used for about a week.  My cats didn't like it.  Works great.   Unfortunately I have thrown away the manual that comes with it.   Simple to use however.  Just put in filter, fill with water, plug in and go.  Replacement filters can be ordered from Amazon for 3 for 3.79.
